This award recognises outstanding programs, strategies, or initiatives that promote and enhance mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It honours organisations that demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting employee mental health, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of wellbeing and resilience. The winning organisation should showcase measurable improvements in mental health outcomes, employee engagement, and overall workplace wellbeing. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below

  • Company Background: Provide a brief overview of the organisation, including its size and industry.
  • Organisational Commitment & Leadership: Describe how leadership within the organisation demonstrates a commitment to mental health and wellbeing, including specific actions taken to promote a supportive culture and engage employees.
  • Strategy: Outline your organisation's mental health and wellbeing strategy, including who was involved in its development, its objectives, the challenges it addresses, and its alignment with business goals.
  • Implementation: Detail how the strategy was implemented over the past 12 months, including key activities, timelines, resources allocated, and employee involvement.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Highlight any innovative or creative approaches used to address mental health challenges, such as new technologies or unique program designs.
  • Monitoring System & Measurable Impact: Explain how success is measured using quantitative and qualitative data, including specific metrics or feedback from employees over the past 12 months.
