Ashview Consultants, one of Ireland’s foremost business risk management and health and safety consultancies, has announced a series of senior leadership changes to support its ongoing European expansion. 

Justyna Kluska and Tony Fox have been promoted to Senior Associate Directors, Dylan Coughlan to Associate Director, and Neil McKenna appointed Associate Director.

The new appointees will work alongside CEO Paul O’Shea and the senior management team to implement the company’s strategic vision, delivering improved risk mitigation and health and safety services for clients across Europe. 

Ashview, celebrating 20 years in business this year, operates from Dublin, Newry, and London, serving sectors including construction, aviation, transport, commercial, pharmaceutical, hospitality, retail, residential, logistics, and data centres.

Paul O’Shea, CEO, said he is pleased to strengthen Ashview’s senior management team with the promotions of Justyna, Tony, Dylan, and the appointment of Neil. He highlighted their expertise and leadership as key to supporting European expansion, client service, and long-term growth.

Justyna Kluska brings nearly a decade of experience, having delivered over 350 projects across civil, residential, commercial, and data centre sectors. She will continue to promote a positive business risk and safety culture and lead the Women Enterprise Network. 

Tony Fox, with almost 30 years of experience in construction and health and safety, specialises in project risk control and leads advisory initiatives including the rollout of the Safe365 digital safety tool.

Dylan Coughlan and Neil McKenna bring extensive HSE management and construction experience, ensuring design risk assessments and workforce safety training meet regulatory standards.
