Digital gateway simplifies mental health support for Ireland’s youth
spunout, in partnership with the Department of Health and the HSE, has launched Navigator — a first-of-its-kind digital tool designed to help young people aged 14 to 34 find mental health support quickly, privately, and effectively.
Built with direct input from over 900 young people, the platform uses just three simple questions to deliver instant, tailored recommendations, connecting users with curated resources, peer-led content, and both national and local services. Crucially, it offers a privacy-first experience with no login required — a significant step in addressing stigma, confusion, and barriers to care.
For C-suite leaders in health and safety, Navigator signals a shift towards scalable, user-led, tech-powered solutions that can improve wellbeing outcomes and reduce strain on frontline services. It’s also a model for how co-design, government collaboration, and evidence-based digital infrastructure can shape the future of preventative health strategies.
