Duality Healthcare, based in Newry, Northern Ireland, has appointed a series of senior executives as it prepares for its next phase of strategic growth.
John McEvoy assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer, having previously served as Chairman and Co-Founder. His co-founder, Dr Declan Morgan, moves into the position of Chief Medical Officer to oversee clinical operations as the company scales.
Sarah Marks joins as Chief Operating Officer after serving as Group COO at Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, while Fergus McIlduff becomes Chief Financial Officer following senior roles in private equity-backed businesses across the UK and Ireland. Additional appointments include Neil Cooke as Head of Business Development, Holly McGeeney-Murray as Head of Marketing, and Helen Hughes as Head of HR.
The expanded leadership team aims to strengthen operational capabilities and deliver enhanced patient experiences. McEvoy, with over two decades of international legal and corporate leadership experience, emphasises improving access to affordable, high-quality primary care across Northern Ireland. The company is focused on innovative healthcare models that address pressures on local primary care and improve overall patient outcomes.
Earlier in 2025, Duality Healthcare secured £4.5 million (€5.2 million) in investment funding, which will be used to open new clinics, expand existing services, and create up to 80 jobs across Northern Ireland. The company currently operates clinics in Newry, Ballymena, and Omagh, with additional sites planned for 2025 and 2026.
The new leadership appointments reinforce Duality Healthcare’s commitment to growth and its goal of delivering patient-centric care across Northern Ireland, while positioning the company to scale operations efficiently and sustainably.
