US-based contractor and supplier information management firm ISN has published guidance highlighting how leading companies use digital tools and targeted training to educate frontline workers driving operational excellence across jobsites.

The system supported 20 million-plus construction workhours with an OSHA Recordable Incident Rate of 0.43 and only three Days Away from Work cases over two years.
